DIESES SEMINAR IST NUR FÜR STUDIERENDE, DIE EINEN PLATZ AN EINER PARTNERUNIVERSITÄT IM MAJOR ENVI HABEN!
The European Union and its member states are challenged by unsustainable developments. In order to better understand the possibilities and challenges of sustainability governance in the EU it is, at first, necessary to recognize the EU institutions, actors, instruments and its structures and processes of decision-making. Based on this analysis country studies with a focus on selected sustainability challenges will be conducted.
The seminar aims at strengthening conceptual and critical thinking, analytical and discursive skills concerning sustainable development in the European Union. It serves as preparation for the exchange year in one of the EU partner universities as well as Peru by gaining a self-reflective understanding as European citizen/academic.
