Content and concept
The course will draw on multiple perspectives on resilience from the natural and social sciences, and places a particular emphasis on the conceptualization and assessment of resilience with social-ecological systems.
Objective
By the end of the course you should have:
Developed an understanding of the various ways of conceptualizing, assessing and measuring resilience, their underpinning assumptions, strengths and weaknesses and applicability to different types of systems.
