Dieses Seminar vertieft die Inhalte der zugehörigen Vorlesung und vermittelt Wissen über die psychologischen Aspekte der Personalführung und -entwicklung. In Gruppen erarbeiten die Studierenden vertiefende Inhalte und gestalten praxisnahe Übungen.
