2 SWS Vorlesung zu theoretischen Grundlagen für die Analyse, Erfassung und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
1 SWS Übung, in dem die Anwendung von Modellierungswerkzeugen geübt wird
- Prozessorientiertes Denken
- Wertschöpfung und Kernprozesse verstehen und erkennen
- Implementierung von IT als Kern- und Stützprozess
Die Teilnehmer sollen anschließend in der Lage sein, betriebliche Prozesse zu analysieren, Schwachstellen zu erkennen und Optimierungskonzepte zur Verschlankung bzw. Beschleunigung von Prozessen zu entwickeln.
