Content and concept

Die Vorlesung widmet sich dem Staatsorganisationsrecht als Recht der politischen Organisation der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Behandelt werden die allgemeinen Grundlagen des öffentlichen Rechts, die Staatsstrukturprinzipien (Republik, Demoktratie, Rechtsstaat, Bundesstaat, Sozialstaat) sowie die Staatsorgane (insb. Bundestag, Bundesregierung, Bundesrat, Bundespräsident) und deren Funktionen. Ein besonderer Fokus soll dabei auf aktuelle staatsorganisationsrechtliche Entwicklungen gelegt werden.

Objective

Das Ziel der Vorlesung ist die Vermittlung eines grundlegenden Verständnisses des Staatsorganisationsrechts der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und die Befähigung zur erfolgreichen Absolvierung der Abschlussprüfung (schriftliche wissenschaftliche Arbeit).
