- Staatsorganisationsrecht (Staatsstrukturprinzipien, Staatsorgane und Verfassungsprozessrecht) mit Bezügen zum Recht der Europäischen Union
Objective
Die Inhalte aus der Vorlesung Staatsorganisation werden anhand von Falllösungen vertieft und veranschaulicht.
