Den Schwerpunkt der Vorlesung bildet die Betreuung von Bachelorarbeiten. Dies umfasst die Themenfindung und -abgrenzung, Entwicklung einer Gliederung sowie die laufende Begleitung der Arbeit.
Daneben können flexibel und in Absprache ausgewählte Aspekte zum Thema „Unternehmenskauf / M&A“ besprochen werden.
