This is the PhD Colloquium of the Institute of Ecology, where PhD students present their methods, approaches and results and then discuss the results and implications with their supervisors and with other researchers in the institute. The colloquium takes place once per month, on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 16.15 h, in HS5.

The goal of this programme is to allow a constructive and effective exchange between institute researchers and the PhD researchers as well as between the supervisors and the students. Presenting the framing and the scope as well as the key approaches and results of PhD research engenders both reflection on progress towards the PhD goal but also a broader reflection on the PhD and it implications.
