The seminar will cover common mental disorders. The learning objectives are to know the symptoms and diagnostic criteria of common mental disorders, to get to know risk and protection factors as well as model and theories of etiology and treatments, to know the basics of prevalence and course of disorders, to learn selected treatment approaches as well as to get an overview of a guideline conform treatment. Please note that the seminar includes group exercises and peer feedback. Continuous attendance is therefore highly appreciated.
Acquisition of basic knowledge of clinical psychology and psychotherapy.
