Content
The lecture provides an overview of the methods and paradigms of personality, intelligence, and other aspects of differential psychology. These include approaches to and models of personality (psychoanalytic approach, learning theory perspectives, humanistic personality theories, trait approaches), biological basis of personality, personality development, structure and process models of intelligence, and emotional and practical intelligence.
Professional competencies:
Knowledge on and understanding of fundamental theories, concepts and approaches of differential psychology.
Familiarity with both the foundation and history of the subject and recent approaches, theories, and research findings.
