In dieser Veranstaltung geht es darum, sich mit den aktuellen und zukünftigen Entwicklungen und Herausforderungen im Bereich Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie in der Führung auseinanderzusetzen. Es werden die neuesten Trends und Technologien identifiziert, die die Performance von Unternehmen und Organisationen beeinflussen können. Dabei spielen Themen wie Künstliche Intelligenz, Hybride Arbeit, Individualisierung, Nachhaltigkeit, Agilität und Wandel eine wichtige Rolle.
Das Ziel ist es, diese Trends und Entwicklungen zu verstehen und in der eigenen beruflichen Tätigkeit darauf reagieren zu können.
