Date of assessment: Monday, 01.02.2027
Resit date: No resit date will be offered to this assessment, because it is didactically inseparably connected with one of the associated courses. A resit will only be possible, if the module is available again.
Assessment consists of three components. 1) The written online exam (including multiple-choice questions) assesses students’ understanding of key concepts covered in the lecture. The exam takes place on 18 January 2027 from 12:15 to 13:45. 2) The written group report evaluates the application of these concepts through the development and documentation of a self-designed assessment center exercise prepared in the seminars. 3) Participation in the assessment center day (ungraded) and the individual written reflection (graded) assess students’ ability to apply and critically reflect on these concepts in practice. This module conveys how to conduct psychological assessment using interviews and observation. Students learn to develop interviews and behavioral simulation tasks together with reliable and valid evaluation methods and acquire competencies in diagnostic conversation.
