In diesem qualitativ-empirischen Projekt wird der Frage nachgegangen, mit welchem Blick Lehrkräfte auf Schüler*innen schauen, und inwiefern dieser Blick das professionelle Handeln beeinflusst.
Lehrkräfte können dazu beitragen, dass bestehende soziale Ungleichheiten verstärkt oder abgebaut werden. Eine wichtige Rolle spielen dabei der sogenannte Habitus der Lehrer*innen und dessen (Nicht-)Passung zur sozialen Herkunft der Schüler*innen. In dieser Veranstaltung wird die Bedeutung habitueller Prägungen für das professionelle Handeln als Lehrperson zugänglich gemacht.
In einem ersten Schritt wird das Konstrukt „Habitus“ erarbeitet, um sich anschließend der Frage nach der Habitussensibilität zu widmen. In der empirischen Phase werden leitfadenorientierte Interviews mit Lehrkräften geführt und inhaltsanalytisch bzw. typologisch ausgewertet.
Die Prüfungsleistung erfolgt im SoSe 2026.
