Multi-level perspective and transition paths: the fashion industry
Sustainability-oriented

In this seminar we will discuss transition paths in the (fast) fashion industry.
The course will use the multi-level perspective (MLP) to explore whether and how systemic change towards more sustainability can be achieved. We will explore possibilities and obstacles to responsible innovation, taking fashion as a particular field as an example.
Groups will focus on a particular transition pathway and in the final session we will 'build' a transition.

This course is aimed at students who want to apply scientific knowledge to questions of sustainability transitions and want to reflect on theory and practice.
Students will be able to understand, critically reflect, and apply academic knowledge.
