For SEBS and SGL students: Restoration, conservation, social-ecological management and governance of the Island of Hiddensee
Sustainability-oriented

The students begin to familiarize themselves with the strand-specific case (i.e., context, structures and processes, historical development), and explore possible joint research objects (Part A of the Transdisciplinary Research Process).

Students know:
-the basic scientific state of the art related to their case study.
Students are able to:
-formulate ideas for a joint research object related to their case study.
-present and discuss the first research design and interim results (“work in progress”) in an understandable way.
