In dieser Übung wird die Vorlesung im Schuldrecht II inhaltlich begleitet.
Dabei werden die besonderen Vertragstypen, mit Fokus auf Kaufvertrag, Dienstvertrag, Werkvertrag und Mietvertrag behandelt.
Objective
Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, das in der Vorlesung vermittelte Wissen auf praktische Fälle anzuwenden und diese methodengerecht zu lösen.
